SigmaPro Integration with Catalook
| Like SigmaPro, Catalook as been here since the early days of DotNetNuke and has become a very powerful addition to any eCommerce web site using DotNetNuke. SigmaPro now integrates with Catalook completing the CRM solution. The integration includes a Windows Mobile device application, dashboard module for Catalook and the ability to automatically view sales orders from Catalook in SigmaPro.

SigmaPro on Windows Mobile with Catalook Sales Data
SigmaPro is designed for DotNetNuke, but contains Windows applications as well as Mobile Device applications. The mobile device application is designed for the Windows Mobile 5.0 (or newer) operating system and gives you access to metrics, all project and support data, a list of current people on your web site and a list of sales orders entered with the Catalook eCommerce module. The software is called DNN Dash. Install it onto your phone to get instant access to all sales, support, project data and current visitors on your web site.
To install DNN Dash, download the setup program from OnyakTech.com, connect your device to your computer and double the installation program to have DNN Dash installed onto your mobile device.
Setup: After the install completes, open DNN Dash on your mobile device and enter the SigmaPro Web Service URL as well as the security key into the settings. That's it.

Catalook Sales Dashboard Module
This module is a charting dashboard Catalook. If your using Catalook as your store front, you'll want this module to quickly gage your sales by month, year, country and product. Just install onto your site, add a few instances of the module to a page and pick the chart types you want. You'll get instance knowledge of your sales.
This module is Ajax enabled, allows multiple chart types and provides the following information:
- Current Months Sales Total by Country
- Year Sales Total by Country
- Current Year Total Sales Each Month by Country
- Current Months Total Orders by Day
- Current Months Total Sales by Day
- Current Year Total Sales Each Month
- Current Year Total Orders Each Month
- Last Years Total Orders Each Month
- Last Years Total Sales Each Month
- Total Product Sales for the Current Year


Sales Reporting
When you create a Company/Customer in SigmaPro, you add contacts by selecting from a list of registered users on your site. After you have added contacts, you can view any history behind these contacts by clicking on one of the reports in the Company History (see image to the right). Sales, Projects, Files and Live Chat are all tied to the contacts you have added to the Company. Sales, Addresses and Notes can be added manually, but if you want to automate the Sales Report and you are using Catalook, follow the instructions below (SigmaPro Sales Integration with Catalook) to setup the Company Sales Job in the DotNetNuke Scheduler. Once this job is setup and running, all sales reporting in SigmaPro for your Companies/Customers is completely automated.

SigmaPro Sales Integration with Catalook
You can enter sales records manually or through integration with the Catalook eCommerce module for DotNetNuke. This integration matches sales orders with contacts listed in the Companies you have setup in SigmaPro. Making it easy to use Catalook for order processing and SigmaPro as your CRM system having one central location to view all sales, projects, files, live chat, etc. To enable this feature, you will need to add the SigmaPro Job for Company Sales to the DotNetNuke Scheduler. Follow the steps below to set this up:
- Log-in as a Super User into your DotNetNuke web site
- Open Scheduler from the Host menu
- Click the link "Add Item To Schedule"
- Complete the form as shown in the image to the right
- Click Update
That's it. Any sales your contacts listed in the Companies you have setup in SigmaPro will now automatically appear in the Sales Report (Sales link in the Company Details screen).
